To facilitate exchange of research ideas and ECG findings, clinical cases and ECG challenges, congress participants are encouraged to submit scientific abstracts.
Abstracts will undergo a blinded review by the team of experts, selected by the ISE and ISHNE Committees. The best 18 abstracts will be selected for oral presentations as a "Rapid Fire" talks. Other accepted abstracts will be presented as Posters. Abstracts will be selected on the basis of scientific merit, organization, presentation, and technical quality. Details on the Poster and Oral presentations of the accepted abstracts will be provided in March 2017.
New this year: Interesting clinical ECG cases could be presented as an abstract.
The abstract should fit within one 8.5x11 inch letter page with 1" margins on all sides. One figure and/or table is allowed. An example of abstract formatting is shown above.
All accepted abstracts will be PUBLISHED in the Journal of Electrocardiology. A special issue of the Journal of Electrocardiology will publish accepted peer-reviewed manuscripts, originated from the selected accepted abstracts, after a peer-review.
